A major milestone

I’d like to briefly highlight a few recent updates:

  • Our updated Karis Kids leaflet is now available to download digitally.

  • On the Our Model page, we have two new sections:

    1. ‘Where your money goes’ which explains the many, varied aspects of ‘The 100% Model.’

    2. A ‘Report Card’ with a brief summary of the total impact of the charity since 2007. (Much more could be added — like some of the infrastructure projects that the link churches have funded. However, for now, this is a simple way for us to be accountable and transparent about what the charity has accomplished through your support.)

  • A couple of recent smaller new pages: Ways to Give which suggests a few ideas to help build the work of the charity. And the Videos page, which provides links to all our public promotional videos for you to share.

  • …and a minor visual update to the design of the website.

But the major news is:

A new milestone

£2,000,000 given

We recently surpassed the £2 million milestone for total money given in the life of the charity. According to the treasurer, this happened on the 5 January 2023.

None of this would be possible without your commitment to those living in poverty — thank you.
