Christmas in Kampala

Give to our Karis Kids Christmas Celebration — £25 = 1 Karis family (i.e. one carer with 7 kids) gets a wonderful Christmas meal and all the kids receive gifts to open on Christmas Day!

In this COVID-19 environment, the usual Karis Family Christmas Celebration is sadly not possible.

Yet we still want to show our Karis families we love them and the celebration of Jesus’ birth is not cancelled!

Therefore, this year we are bringing the Christmas Celebration to their homes instead. Our hope is that all the children will get a present and the families will have more than enough for a good Christmas meal with fresh meat.

We’re pleased to say some of the UK link churches are getting behind this initiative and already pledging support.

We also wanted to open up the opportunity for you to give as well. The team in Kampala are budgeting £25 per family (or £20 with Gift Aid).
